How does it work?

• What it covers: Your deposit is fully protected cancel and receive a 100% refund, or reschedule at no cost.
• When it applies: Up to 24 hours before the retreat starts. (After that point, it's considered a no-show and coverage doesn't apply.)
• Validity: 12 months from your original date to reschedule if you choose credit. Includes 1 reschedule. Transferable once to another person (in writing).

How to request it? Email or WhatsApp us with your order number, stating "Deposit Refund" or "Reschedule." We'll confirm within 24 business hours.

Not covered

• Expenses not included in the retreat (flights, insurance, personal costs).
• No-shows or late arrivals.

Weather/operations If we reschedule due to weather or safety, we'll rebook you at no cost whether or not you have the protection.

FAQ

• Will it be refunded to my card? Yes, the deposit is returned to the original payment method.
• Will the price increase on my new date? You only pay the difference.
