Frequently Asked Questions
No prior experience is necessary. We work with beginners to intermediate levels, using AIDA protocols.
No. You can take the entire course without certification; if you wish to be certified, a theoretical/practical exam is taken during the retreat.
All freediving equipment is included (fins, mask, snorkel, wetsuit, weights). If you prefer to bring your own equipment, please do so.
We include airport transfers ↔ accommodation and transport to the window, in addition to the boat.
We rearrange schedules/locations prioritizing safety; if the weather does not allow an activity, we move it.
Comfortable clothes, swimsuit, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, water bottle, sandals, cash for extras.
