Booking and Payments

• To secure your spot, a 30% deposit is required.
• The remaining balance (70%) must be paid before the retreat (no later than 24 hours before the start).
• You can also pay 100% now and receive a preferential discount for full payment.
• Your spot is confirmed once we receive the deposit or full payment.

Limited Availability

• This is an intimate experience with limited spots.
• Spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis by order of payment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• You can change your date without losing your deposit if you notify us ≥ 30 days before the start of the retreat.
• If you notify us < 30 days in advance, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited (it is used to secure accommodation, boats, and logistics).
• Booking Protection (optional): If purchased, you get a 100% refund of your deposit or you can move your date with full flexibility according to the product policy.

Wildlife Notice

• Ocean Safari experiences are dependent on nature.
• During the season, it's possible to see whales, dolphins, orcas, sharks, rays, etc., but specific sightings are not guaranteed.

Accommodation

• Accommodation will be of similar style and comfort to what is shown, although it might not be the exact unit from the photos.
• All options are carefully selected for the quality of the experience.

Health and Safety

• All participants must complete and submit medical forms and liability waivers before the retreat.
• It is mandatory to follow safety protocols and the instructor's instructions at all times.

Responsibilities and Exclusions

• Not included: flights, travel insurance, or personal expenses.
• Alcohol not included.
