Group sessions are not rescheduled or replaced by private classes. However, you will have access to the materials and can continue your training with the 24/7 platform content.
Yes. You can cancel your monthly membership at any time. There are no refunds for months already started, and access to courses remains active as long as your membership is valid.
Live sessions are held on Zoom. Daily support is provided via WhatsApp, and course content is available 24/7 on The Apnea Lab platform.
Two sessions are held per month. Dates are coordinated in advance within the private community so you can organize your time.
No. This membership is an ongoing training program, not a formal certification course. If you are looking for an AIDA certification, Jimmy also offers in-person courses for that.
You only need space for land exercises, an internet connection for live sessions, and the desire to commit to your practice. No special equipment is required to start.
