How does it work?

• What's covered: Your deposit is protected: you can cancel and receive a 100% refund of the deposit or reschedule the date at no cost.
• When it applies: Up to 24 hours before the start of the withdrawal. (After that time, it is considered a no-show and does not apply.)
• Validity: 12 months from your original date to reschedule if you choose credit. 1 rescheduling included. Transferable once to another person (in writing).

How to apply?

Email or WhatsApp us with your order number and indicate "Deposit Refund" or "Rescheduling". We'll confirm within 24 business hours.

It does not cover

• Expenses not included in the retreat (flights, insurance, personal).
• No-shows or late arrivals.

Climate/operation

If we reschedule due to weather/safety, we will relocate you at no cost, whether or not you have the protection.

• Will my card be refunded? Yes, the advance payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Does the price go up on my new date? You only pay the difference.
